With over 35 years experience KC Lifting is an independent lifting and plant handling company. We provide a friendly and quality service at a sensible cost and pride ourselves on attention to detail on every contract.

Operating from our CROYDON depot we are well placed to carry out any jobs in the South of England and Greater London area.

We specialise in providing lifting and plant handling services within the refrigeration and air conditioning industries, although if you have anything that needs lifting we will be more than happy to help. Our extensive range of services we provide are as follows:

Site Surveys - Site meetings can be arranged for a full site survey to assess and discuss your requirements to enable us to take care of all the detailed paperwork and method statements involved.

Quotations - A full written quotation will be supplied with an itemized breakdown if required.

Local Authority Indemnities & Permits - Police and Council requirements to conform with respective traffic regulations will be dealt with directly by us.

Traffic Management - We will supply, set-up and operate any traffic management system required by the Local Authority.

Storage - For client's convenience, plant and equipment can be delivered to our CROYDON storage facility prior to the date of site activity, so ensuring total in house control of deliveries to site.

Transport - Any transport requirements that you may have for delivery of plant to site, or removal of redundant plant can be handled.

Cranage - All aspects of cranage undertaken. We are fully conversant with all types of cranes on a "Contract Lift" basis. We can supply fully qualified operators, slingers and signallers all of whom hold current CITB certificates for their respective duties.

Installation Teams - Our installation teams are fully qualified and highly experienced. Our site supervisor will co-ordinate with your personnel to ensure your project proceeds efficiently and to plan.

Lifting Equipment Installation Tackle - We stock a full range of modern lifting and installation equipment which is maintained and serviced regularly to ensure maximum reliability and safety. All equipment including slings and chains are regularly examined to the Health & Safety Executives directives.

Scaffolding - We are able to supply any scaffolding requirements that may be necessary to carry out any installation of plant. ie: Landing Platforms - Lifting Structures- Towers

Redundant Plant - Removal of redundant plant from site with delivery to a nominated delivery point or to a scrap dealer can be incorporated into our quotation. Any scrap to be removed from site that has an environmental hazard must be notified to us at the time of your requesting a quotation.

Insurance - Every aspect of our work is fully insured and conducted to the highest safety standards, ensuring maximum protection for our staff and others working in the area.
